Automated doctor’s scheduling system

  • Project Description:

    The objective was to automate the process of sending emails with an attached Google Doc template as a PDF. Using Google Sheets, I created a system that collects necessary email fields for retrieval, writes an AppScript to integrate with Gmail API, and uses Google Docs API to convert the template into a PDF. A user-friendly GUI menu button was added to the sheet to allow users to send emails easily with a single click. This automation greatly simplified the email-sending process, making it efficient and user-friendly.
