The system collects respondent data via Google Forms, which is then stored in a Google Sheet. Upon form submission, an Apps Script with automated triggers converts responses into preset rating values and populates a scorecard template. Advanced formulas handle calculations, while the script generates a PDF of the scorecard and sends it via email to the respondents using a predefined template.
